FA Youth Cup 4th Round: United vs. Hull City

What a crossfield ball that was from Fosu mensah for that goal before that. Great talent. So comfortable on ball and has ingredients of a complete midfielder. Hope he makes it big.

Weird thing is, he is a defender. Ultimate ball playing defender?

Yup. Looks to offer far more though. If he can control games this way at higher levels and improve for that accordingly, then we can finally have a promising midfielder from academy, a type we have been hoping for since long time.

Gribbin and Fosu-Mensah have been the best players

Excellent play from the two of them

Should come good, just turned 17, has been outstanding since the start, regarded as onr of the most promising defensive talentd at Ajax, has captained at Dutch national teams, we really have a lad in our hands, he's so complete, a beast defensively, but also ridiculously composed and offers in offence too. And his physique, he's tall and still growing, loads of pace and very strong/explosive. Hope he'll be promoted to the u21 soon.

Let's have a bit of Hamilton now, some of us have never seen him play.

Yup and if he fulfills potential by becoming part of senior team here, people will finally move on from Pogba transfer...probably.

Gribbin is a very exciting prospect. Only turned 16 a few weeks ago and looks the best player on the pitch. Maybe not quite as fluid and natural as Ravel looked at the same age but still very classy indeed.

Yep. Bags of potential. Vision and choice of pass need some work if he's going to be a midfielder but physically and technically he looks very good..

Nice impressive performance though hull were poor. Could have been anything really hitting the post/bar 4 times and so many other chances.

Gribbin and Mensah best players.

This group has now kept 6 clean sheets in a row and not conceded in 9 hours. But problems again remain the cutting edge upfront.

Not Rashford's night.Would still take that win though.

FT: 3-0 (Dearnley,Gribbinx2)

Beside an impressive offensive performance, another clean sheet for Henderson,Tuanzebe and co.Hope they keep it up this weekend vs. Man City.

That will probably change when Mitchell comes back right?

He is not really a striker as well, though was on a scoring run before his injury upfront. Both him and Croskery upfront are better than Rashford as a striker for me so should be improvement atleast.
