FA Cup 4th Round Draw

As someone who lives in Cambridge and goes to the Abbey (fairly) regularly, as it's quite cheap and a great day out, I am currently going absolutely fecking mental.

Falcao at the Abbey. Fair enough.

Thats the feeling I got when I found out 2 minutes around the cornor from me in the Tallaght Stadium (home to Shamrock Rovers) I would be seeing Ronaldo, Benzema, Raul and Sneijder, then somehow we fumbled are way in to the Champions League qualifying rounds and im seeing Alessandro del Piero parading around the ground in a rovers jersey

Yeah it's really weird thinking that I'll be at Old Trafford for United Southampton and at the Abbey (!?!?) For Cambridge v United.... At work today all the talk was who Cambridge would get in the draw and then this happens - nuts.

I was salivating at the prospect of a Cambridge vs Liverpool cup upset and watching it live.

I still remember vividly when my postman scored the winning goal for Histon against Leeds, years ago.

Do you think it's going to be really hard to get tickets for this one? I'm tempted to make the trip over...

Also, do we know yet whether we play on Saturday on Sunday or is that done later?

If Heskey scores a winner against Liverpool - It would clearly be the greatest moment in modern footballing history.

A Cambridge fan once told me they've got the best pitch in the country because they keep putting shit on it every week.

Usually takes a few days for the TV companies to screw everything up - tomorrow or Thursday for the schedule I'd say.

I'm in the Cambridge area too. Been a number of times myself, though not for a couple of years.
It was never me buying the tickets whenever I went, so I have no idea of how it works there. Do you reckon I'd be able to get some?

They've always had a policy of giving preference to those who have been to a few recent games. For a city the size of cambridge it should really have a team in the championship, I reckon. And that shows with attendances - 7000 against Luton and sold out away allocations to Carlisle.

Literally everyone wants a ticket, who I've spoken to, so I would think it's going to be extremely tough getting them.

Especially if they keep the most expensive tickets at £16 (which I don't think they will, but they'll be less than 25)

I've taken quite a lot of joy out of seeing how pissed off Luton fans are at missing out on playing us. My god they're a horrible bunch, I'm so happy.

This is fact.

But then you can't take a team seriously who can't pronounce their own team's name.

It's not Lu-on, it's Lu T on. There's a t in there

Tbf a lot of people in England drop the t in the middle of words.

Seems like they've changed the warm ball strategy this year to try and make the final stages more exciting.

Anyone know when the replay will most likely be? Midweek between Leicester and West Ham would be my guess

Take a bow!

Although the broadcasters messed it up a bit by having all the banana skins playing at the same time.
Haha could never have for seen this!

Having the games at the same time did at least give sky something to put on their soccer Saturday Christmas special next year
