Still waiting for this mysterious rain that still hasn't arrived
If true, pretty serious charge, disqualification from the race ?What is the likely penalty for drying a grid box going to be?
Sounds more serious than I first thought. Commentator just mentioned if they go easy 10 second penalty, up to disqualification if they throw the book.If true, pretty serious charge, disqualification from the race ?
Has it even happened before ?
So depressing watching Michael Schumachers records fall one by one and there's no one else to blame except the horrible management of this Ferrari team over the last decade.
They're slowly making me lose the will to watch F1
How are they meant to have dried it exactly? If true, pretty serious charge, disqualification from the race ?

No idea, just going off what has been said. How are they meant to have dried it exactly?
Maybe the engineers had hairdryers taped to their legs under their trousers blasting hot air down onto the track. Or they tied towels to the soles of their shoes? No idea, just going off what has been said.
Used the leaf blowers that cool the engine/brakes.How are they meant to have dried it exactly?
Been like that all week here in Budapest: looked like raining without ever really doing so, bar a couple of really short showers. This rain is never going to actually arrive

Only equalled, Schumacher had 8 in France. Though I'm sure Hamilton will break it next year.another Sch record gone, 8 wins at a singe track.
No it wouldn't. He was three seconds ahead after one lap. It's ridiculous these teams cant do anything to close the gap and challenge Merc. It's impressive and he's brilliant but Hamilton can feck off already.Mercedes are so much quicker that the title will probably be decided by whoever keeps the car on the track more often.
In the shortened season, with this car, a DNF for either Hamilton or Bottas would be a disaster.

Ah right, sneaky.Used the leaf blowers that cool the engine/brakes.
Would have been very sneaky if they hadn't done it in front of the technical delegate, of all the guys to get caught by.Ah right, sneaky.

There's a reason for that, the teams had been warned not to do it just before the final preparations began so they knew it was against the rules when they did it.Regardless of whether it's actually a big deal - The second guy had the kind of body language most of us would have when we have somebody sneaking up and we know we re doing something we re not supposed to
