Nico is on Sky F1 now and said there is a problem with the set up with Lewis's car , well we knew that, but he also said under Parc ferme , they cant change it.

Could be quite the procession this, think Kimi letting Seb pass him (assuming he doesn't get him at the start) might be the only overtake we'll get. Hamilton will either crash out on lap one or just cruise around in 11th place all race, not like he's going to suddenly find pace from somewhere.
I didn't see it but I'd imagine it's impossible to organise something like that properly here. Most of the viewing positions are private property or hotels etc, communication to those areas is impossible.
