Dutch journo is reporting Rosberg got a 10 second time penalty!

How can Rosberg be penalised for a team error? F1s inconsistency in handing out penalties is an embarrassment.
Because he is part of the team and he benefited from the team error.
Rosberg has been demoted to 3rd following the 10 second penalty, which means that Hamilton is only 1 point behind him now.
It also means I get an extra point in the fantasy league which we can all agree is more important.
Its a load of bollocks, hows the driver supposed to know everything to do with a car travelling at high speeds, the sport has become a joke with all the regulations for every little thing, i detest the penalties for changing engines, gearboxes its racing let them fecking race and all the team done was keep him in the race and not destroying the gearbox.
