Europa League 22/23 | Final: Sevilla vs Roma (May 31)

Cant wait for all the essays from the "cules" on here after they get slapped out of the Europa.

Gotta love a draw like this - if we're not playing Champions League ourselves, there's no better occasion to rekindle that special European feeling at Old Trafford. Can't help but be excited by it.

And, in any case, once they knock us out we can at least halt the Thursday/Sunday schedule!

Lets hope Ronaldo isnt on the pitch to stink the place out.

Of course we get Farca. I'd love to knock FdJ's wet dream of a club but we have a poor record against Spanish sides and I'd estimate our chances at about 30

How did such a large part of our fanbase become bluemoon-esque conspiracy theorists?

Some of you lot are such pessimists
We can definitely win it, but we would have been favourites against seven of those teams, but got the one where we will be underdogs. That said, it might just suit us playing a big team in the second leg at home. Old Trafford has been special for the big games this season.

They are in the Europa for a reason.

We'll win. Keep the faith.

Fantastic draw, heavyweight tie but ultimately a harder route to the final. First leg without Martinez could be tricky. Strengthening in January needed big time.

Best draw possible. Think this would be better than some of the CL matches

goldbridge convinced they dropped our ball in, and watched it so they could get the draw they wanted
It did look like Zoltan just grabbed our ball and then swirled it around whilst keeping hold but there's no way he'd know that was ours given the other guy put it in the bowl and swirled it first.

It's funny how on forums of pretty much every team there are people who think UEFA is out to rig the draw to specifically damage their clubs.

People being happy with this. They are going to slaughter us.

Why’s the 1st leg without martinez?

Oh yeah right we'll be missing Martinez as well. If Varane happens to be injured for those matches, we're toast
