Europa League 2018/19 | The Noble Wulf Edition

Really crap tactics from Adi Hutter, 3-5-2 against Chelsea and the Blues are so easily exploiting space on the wings. I never ever liked the 3-5-2 formation because you can easily cripple it by overloading on the wings. The same thing happened with Leverkusen scored 6 on them, just get the ball on the wing and cross.

Adi Hutter seriously needs to change something otherwise it's going to be embarrassing.

Depends on what transfers we make (if any). As it is now this team is incredibly unbalanced we need at least three new players for our starting XI.

If we make the CL I'm hoping we have more money for transfers but that's probably blind optimism.

I cannot see this team doing any better in CL. It could turn out to be embarrassing but then again if Emery is back properly and he sorts his tactics , you could have a good next season.

Also from Austria and campaigning in Europe.

Looks like it's going to be a knees-up in Baku. Gonna be a must-miss.
His European campaign is being stifled by the English and the Russians.

I just can't imagine parents having a baby and thinking "you know what would be a good name for him.... Adolf!"

I mean either they are Nazis or it's a family name and they are quite naive.

When I saw that I was wondering is it common for Germans/Austrians actually name their kids Adolf?

Noone is called that anymore in Germany. I think there are still a few Adolfs running around in Austria that were born after the war. Can't imagine anyone with that name that is younger than 50, though. Aside from the historical connotations it also sounds extremely old-fashioned. Fun fact: Adolf is short for noble wulf (Adelwolf, old English Æthelwulf) .

Frankfurt is actually a slightly above average side that has played above standard for months, pushed by one of Germany's best fanbases. And they desperately miss their CF striker Haller without whom both Jovic and Rebic are missing their most important target player. In recent weeks they also looked tired and overplayed which is probably not surprising as their squad is not good enough for resting key players and they played more games than any other German side this season. I'm afraid they won't pick up in the second half. So it's going to be all English European Cup finals.

Luiz with a defensive feck up. Surprising.

That’s what happens when you have two class strikers on the pitch. Thankfully Arsenal probably won’t bother sorting the other positions.
