Europa League 20/21

Did anybody watch the Ajax game? I read that Ajax were the better team despite the result? Missed a penalty and a few other chances?
First half was pretty even until the final minutes when ajax scored. Second half ajax channeled the spirit of bayern and managed to lose while absolutely battering roma across the pitch

Villarreal have lost only 5 games in La Liga this season, only 1 more than Barcelona and Real Madrid. They’ve just drawn too many

How do we see these other 3 Europa league quarter final 2nd legs going tonight?

Villarreal should secure their place in the last 4

Arsenal have a up hill task but I wouldn't be surprised if they go through with a 2-2 draw tonight.

Roma v Ajax could go either way, former United players Smalling, Mkhitaryan are back after an injury lay off.

I have this bad feeling that if we get to the final, it’ll be Arsenal there, and they’ll beat us as they finish 9th or 10th in the league. :nervous:

What happens if Arsenal wins the EL, Chelsea wins the CL, and both teams finish outside the top 4?

Edit: apparently 4th team misses out, 5 English teams in CL.
We finish second. Leicester finish third. Liverpool finish fourth.

Chelsea win the CL.

Europa League final. Man Utd v Arsenal.

Silver lining if we lose, we feck the scousers over.

Apologies if already posted but are the semi final 1st legs due to be played next week or the week after?

I'd subscribe to this. I'm sure we're going to get Villareal in the semis though (if we don't concede 4 in the 2nd half)

Don’t think I’ve seen a player as happy as VDB was just then when having a shot.

Knew Arsenal would do it. I think they will make the final

Who would be the better team for us to play out of Roma or Ajax? Ajax seems a bit more of a classic European tie so it could be fun and you know they'll want to play football and not park the bus.

The club defended him. A non-racist doesn’t defend a racist in my eyes.
I'm not sure but from what I've read he strictly denied the accusation and they just didn't want to judge him without evidence. If they'd defend him if found guilty that would be bad ofcourse.

Ajax are so much better than roma, bit incredible they're at risk of going out

Mancunians United getting the luck of the draw as well here. It's destiny. 2017 repeating itself

Probably the team that plays football (Ajax)

Pleased for him.
When you're not starting even starting in the Europa , with a 2-0 lead, you're really not in favour.

'What a win that is for Arsenal and Arteta' BT Sport commentators are something else, its Slavia Prague ffs (no disrespect to them but come on)
