There is nothing wrong with having a laugh, posting to provoke is different. Provoke threads regaring United should be started in the football forum, there is no problem about that.
What you should do weaste, is lift the ban and impose a 'clean slate' policy.
No one can then have any excuses and if they step out of line, they are justifiably re-banned, having been sufficiently warned.
That would be the right and fair thing to do.
