Hello and welcome to the newest craze on RedCafe, the Premier League predictions game!
Simple enough, you have to predict the results of the weeks games by posting a score result for each game. The OP will have the weeks games depending on the official PL schedule, you are to copy paste it and add your results to make it easier for us to count. There will be threadmarks for the results each week and a live Google spreadsheet of the standings will be linked in the OP once the game is under way and there will also be one for an archive.
Example prediction: Manchester United 2-1 Tottenham Hotspur
If the result is a United win of any score you get 1 point. If the result is 2-1 to United you get 3 points and if the result is a Spurs win the caf won't take the strain, but when it'll be back up you'll discover that Glaston has resurfaced and that you'll have also got no points. There will be 10 or there about games every week depending on the PL schedule.
So, 1 point for a correct result, 3 for a correct score.
Bonus points: 5 points for predicting all 10 games correctly, 15 points for predicting all 10 scores correctly.
Rules: Predictions must be in 15 minutes before the first game of the week starts. You are allowed to edit your predictions up until that time. If you do edit them afterwards they will be void. Because some people might forget we may decided to show leniency if you post after the deadline, but this is at our discretion. If it's accepted, the only games that will count towards your score in this case are those that start after you have posted.
Prize: After 38 weeks whoever is top of the table will receive a United shirt, with or without a name and number on the back depending on their preference. Picture of you wearing this will be required for the game hall of fame.
Questions or suggestions can be made in thread or via PM. Try and keep your prediction post tidy. Discussion will be allowed in the thread but please keep it game based. Depending on how many people take part we may have to create a separate thread for it.
FAO Newbies: Those of you who can post in the mains game thread are asked to kindly not do so in order to keep all the newbie predictions in one place and also so you don't waste your precious mains post on the game when you can perfectly do it in the Newbie game thread.
Name Changes: If your name changes while the game is ongoing you should tell me what your previous name was by tagging me in the thread and quoting your previous prediction. I will not know unless you do so and your results will not be tallied.

Please copy and paste the below (with or without the code) and add your results where the versus (v) currently is in this format. 2-1, 0-1 etc. This is extremely important in order for your calculations to be processed correctly. If the format is not adhered to there will be no score as the automatic calculation system won't recognise you predictions.
