I've been meaning to ask...what's with that gay kick-off horn sound?

It's rubbish

Ominous spell for England just then, thought SA were looking at a try for sure. Only got a penalty though, 9-3 HT

I think it`s a good game. If loads of tries and shit defending is what you`re after watch some crappy sevens rugby.

NZ`s lack of success in the WC is karma because of their pillaging of the South Seas for a lot of their best players.

First time i'm watching rugby.. have to say the passion and commitment shown by the players really puts the football players to shame.

England try!!!!

What a run from Matthew Tait

Also agree, been a very interesting and absorbing game.

Well Wilkinson tucks away the penalty, 9-6

Disgraceful call on that try though

I think the ref should make a decision on the field and then go to the video ref - who would then need conclusive proof to overturn the original ruling. That`s how they do it in American football.

Lets all laugh at England...thats why they did not get that try. Some people will figure it out, most will not. Disgraceful but thats the world for you.

Hang on, I'm no expert but why wasn't that given? left the TV after I thought England had scored.

Trying to figure that one out myself, his foot wasn't in touch at all, TV replays showed conclusively, so maybe his knee, I don't know. All I know is that with all the replays I saw I would have given the try.

Bit harsh the try call, but probably fair I reckon, looks like his foot just clipped the line before he lifted it. Would never have been given without the video though

It should have been a try, but I guess they decided Cueto was in touch, so part of his body was out of play.

pointless game - everyone just looks like headless chickens...i'd rather the structure of football

Don't think there's any hope for England now :(

Over now really. Cheers TV ref. Everyone else can praise SA for a good win. I am still blaming the TV ref. Better not be our ref in the next CL match we have. Lads have done us proud by the way.

Nope, this game is over.

That try decision was the turning point for me, if that was given I could of seen us winning, it would have been 11-9 to us.
