England in India 2021

He keeps bowling there — and he will — this is going to end in ten overs. Good that we have a left hander coming out now.

How the feck do we always end up losing the first test?

I might not watch Cricket again when Jimmy retires. I cant face it.

Thats out. Dodgy umpiring call there. DRS to the rescue.

You normally get one stubborn partnership in these chases. This is probably the last realistic one for India.

Kohli has looked very organised this morning but been left stranded.

A good game to be back on free to air television in the U.K.. proper test cricket

Virat got done by low bounce there but Gill and Rahane had so much distance between bad and pad that a truck could drive through. Off stump has taken a beating today. England played spin better than us which is extremely disappointing for India. Seems like our home team advantage is going away slowly. We look extremely uncomfortable against spin

I really like it when India cricket team struggle and lose.

When they win things they get very big headed because they are the main celebrities of their country or something.

Toss was massive. India needs a fourth bowler who can perform better than Nadeem did in this test and ideally a fifth one who's better than Sundar.

Barely lost a session in the Test Match. Really capitalised on admittedly a very important toss

Should be a very good series now, and still expect India to win it.

Is there a way of watching from the beginning of the day on All4? I can only see that it lets you restart at 6am, which I’m guessing is around lunch.

Big credit to Silverwood for this. Wasn't in favour of him getting the job (thought he might be another Peter Moores) but the improvement in the team, primarily in the batting, is huge.

It’s got a £50 budget. The coverage and the graphics looks 20 years out of date - but given the situation, where you can’t be in the ground, it was always going to be poor.

Thankfully the cricket was great.

India still favourites, but at least it’s put the talk of a whitewash to bed, and England winning was the best thing that could happen to the series.

Don't think so.

Really frustrating. All they have to do is make is one longer programme, rather than a new one at 6am. The technology is all there.

You’d have thought they’d realise people are working from home and would love to sit and have the whole day in the background. Plus the extra ad revenue.
