Player of the season: Ruud for showing us why Fergie was so desperate to get him.

Goal of the season: Becks vs Deportivo.

Best game of the season: Deportivo (A) the stuff of which dreams are built.

Worst player of the season: Yorke for not giving a toss about the team or even knowing when to do the honourable thing and feck off. Veron has been a major disapointment but he has tried and simply failed to fit in as yet.

Worst game of the season: Liverpool at OT but far too many are close.

Highlight of the season: Fergie's U-turn, clawing back the defecit to scare the shit out of Liverpool and put ourselves in with a shout at the end of it all.

Worst moment of the season: The teams passion deserting them at the crucial moments (Pool, Arsenal (away), Leverkusen and Boro to name but a few).
