Elseid Hysaj

I'm from the same country as he is (Albania), and I can say that he is really really average. Not that good defensively, not good at all offensively. Darmian in my opinion is a better option than him. He fell in the pecking order at Napoli last year, so he was not a starter for them, how could we think he could be a starter for us?
 
Would fit in quite well for Atletico.
 
The only player I would get from Napoli apart from Koulibaly is Ounas.
 
He was good a few years back when he was breaking onto the season in Sarri's first season. Hasn't progressed since then and has got worse offensively. Be a very bad move if we were to go for him. I would rather stick faith in Dalot than buy Hysaj for £25-30m.
