It means there is going to be just one number drawn out of 13, you just need to send any 6 numbers....or more if you are willing to spend your budget.
 
What happens if your number gets drawn? And why’s it worth spending £60m in more... or is that the game and surprise?

Pick a player that was caught singing, any song any where but you need to post a video as a proof, without it the pick is invalid and people can go on with the draft while you look for alternative. National anthems dont count!
In addition to that you guys have to pick between Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldo, we dont care on what basis you will make a decision.
In the end the picks should look like this:

So, we don't have to send that 6 lottery numbers anymore? And why do we have to pick between Ronaldo or Cristiano?

No, you just have to:
- send lottery numbers*
- pick a player that was caught singing when your turn comes
- along with the pick choose between Cristiano Ronaldo and Ronaldo

*You have to send 6 numbers between 1-13. You can also send additional number, but it will cost you 10M each and you are free to buy up to 6 additional numbers.
