Do Legends walk alone? | Now available in audiobook

Yeah I'm putting off doing actual work

It's class! At first I thought it might have been an AI thing reading the post aloud, but it quickly became apparent that it was dealing with the punctuation too well.

Outstanding

Legends can absolutely walk alone. There have been numerous instances of one outstanding talent carrying an average team. Lebron James & Diego Maradona come to mind.

Also, it costs nothing not to be a dick. English clearly isn’t his first language. Leave it out.

If you are part of an average team then you are not alone. And in the case of Lebron outside of his rookie years, he has never been alone.

This has Classic Thread written all over it. @OP you are Legends mate.

The Cleveland team he took to the finals in his last season he was pretty much alone to be fair.

He wasn't alone at all. He had a prime Love next to him(granted that it was his las, he had one of the best PG in the league, he also had excellent catch and shooters around him.

The United ship is more steady now after the arriving or Bruno.
And legend at theirs peak. When they come and arrive. They dont walk a lone. They attract other great players or a great teams shall be on place when he is arriving. It is like when me and a norwegian king are visiting the White house. The different with me and the king team and followers. There are two different worlds. Same as football legends and one of the GOAT arriving Old Trafford. Everything will change. The level of the team and everything relate to it.

This part is an absolute trip.

If you walk the dog, are you walking alone?

Bryan Robson is probably one of the best examples of the thread's concept. De Gea's halcyon days, too. Maradona, as great as he was, had better team-mates at both club and NT level than Robson did at United when he really should have been plying his trade in Italy in some super team or other.

No. This would imply that Billy Joe Armstrong of Green Day is a legend and that couldn't be further from the truth

It doesn't get loner than Finney, I'd say.
