Do I get PES 2008 or FIFA 2008 for my 360?

Because you can watch it on tv you know. I suggest you keep an eye out for Ford Football Special on sky sports and Match of the day.

i play pro evo because its a great game to play with your mates, is quick to pick up and play and is addictive. Yes, it would be nice to have a few more editing options but that doesnt detract from my enjoyment of playing it

What you just described was what Fifa used to be. I suggest you pick up Fifa 2002, you'll love it.

Exactly right.

I could go out and play with a real football, but if I choose to play a game indoors, then what is wrong with wanting it to at least approximate the sport itself?

Suddenly Pro Evo evolves into what FIFA has always been derided for being - an arcade version of football - and the loyal Pro Evo fans claim that this is exactly what they want from their football game.

Gameplay is brilliant (as always) but refs are ridiculously fussy and the slow-motion replays are a disaster.

Replace fifa with pro evo and that's what I've been saying about Pro Evo for ages now. (And it's always the Pro Evo geeks who say that Pro Evo is more realistic)
