Good buy for Malaga, he should do well in Spain. They won't make top 4 because they don't habe a squad for it but they should comfortably make a progress to top 10 next season, maybe even make it into Europe. Baptista, Demichelis, van Nistelrooy and Toulalan provide a solid foundation but none of them except maybe Toulalan have come there in their prime.

Get in Europa and you're able to get more than pure mercenaries. Then you build a team. For now you build excitement and a solid foundation. As funny as City is, they went about things the right way in catching up to 20 years of squad development in 3 seasons.
