How do yo know i'm not welcome here?

No,I mean what I say.....I criticise those so-called Man Utd fans who decided to adopt them as their club only after they started being succesful in the mid 90's (glory hunters) and those who are more interested in Becks and Posh (schoolgirl non football types)than football.Your club attracts both types in droves.

Thats the price of sucess I'm afraid. Football clubs don't fans because of their love for the game, they are just interested in the money. If you were a chairman would you rather have fans who will turn up just before kick-off having been in the pub for a few hours beforehand, stand and sing throughout the game, and then leave straight afterwards; or families who are going to turn up early, spend 100 quid in the megastore before the game, politely applaude the other team, and then leave quietly after the game? The only reason they tollerate us is because they know that the fair weather fans will stop coming if results go against us whereas the real fans will continue turning up, get shafted time and time again on ticket allocations, away match prices, etc, however bad the results are.
It's the same for every team that is sucessful, you can't tell me that there aren't fans like that at Highbury since you won the double. You just don't have it to the same extent as we do at United because you've not been sucessful for as long as we have

I often wonder why fans of another team spend so much time on a Man United form myself, but it's their choice devilish. Leave them be, and then rub it in if we beat them. Fair play to Nate, he was on here right after Liverpool got beat by United earlier in the season - unlike Gilespie who has mysterious "business trips" after Arsenl get beat by Blackburn, etc.

It cuts both ways, ask Boring why he is on a Liverpool site so much?

Not sure you would have posted that if you'd have read my post properly where I explained that it was none of my business who comes on here and what their motivation for doing so is. Unless of couse you are reading something and then posting a reply without considering it, in which case you are "doing a devilish"

I don't remember you being on here after the Blackburn game. Let's see if you are on here 2 weeks today if the result goes against you

To some extent, you have a point, but most Arse fans come from London and the south east, nothing like the phenomenon which is Man Utd.So,even if we were succesful for as many consecutive years as you were in the 90's.I'd doubt if we would see hordes of replica Arsenal strips in Manchester, but that's what you see of your 'fans' in London and elsewhere.

I never said that I wanted to know, I said I had wondered about it and concluded that it was your choice - end of story, I don't care who posts what and where they post it. If you read my earlier posts you'll find that I say that I've been on other fans boards and had a laugh winding them up

United have been well supported elsewhere going back to the Munich air disaster of '58, and further back than that. United are a global phenomenon that no other club will ever equal no matter how sucessful you are. If people from other countries want to buy United merchandise, etc, and this enables us to buy the best players fair enough - we're not going to turn away the money are we? I don't question why they support United or if there motivation for doing so is because of "Posh & Becks", everyone is entitled to make their own choices. I love football, and being born and brought up in Salford I didn't have any choice as to who I would support

But 2 weeks today is the day after the game isn't it?
I'll be in the pub watching the game (it's on at 3pm here) and then going straight from there to the airport and flying back to England for 10 days so I doubt I will be on here the day after whatever the result

If it's got anything to do with Devilish, I can't be bothered - haven't got time today to read essays online..
