I got the armamentarium body armor a few weeks ago from xur and this week I bought the exotic engram from him and got the no backup plan gauntlets.
Given I can only wear one exotic price of armor at a time, is one better than the other?

From what I've heard armamentarium is the best Titan exotic. Don't take my word for it though
Cheers Damien. Was a bit gutted when I realised I could only use one at a time. Kinda wish I'd save the 23 motes of light and got something from my faction instead

It seems to take me an age to get enough strange coins or motes of light that I can only get something from xur every few weeks. Shame I can't wear both at the same time. I guess legendary gear has its advantages over exotics...
It's a slog at first but creating the extra characters is worth it. Up to 27 coins a week from doing the weekly heroic on all 3, and motes of light seem to be easy to come by
Maybe I'll look at alternative characters too! I limit myself to crucible and vanguard right now as they link me up with randoms.

Raid chest and boots on my warlock alt, group fell apart at Atheon
Armanterium can be used pretty much everywhere and the extra grenade is really useful. Also instant 100% on grenade reload.
No backup plans? Well inside the raid you cant guarantee getting mellee kills that often in a lot of the fights. I dont think its half as useful
I've heard the Titan mellee called OP before. I didnt believe it till now

I tried playing on the vita once and it was ridiculous. I guess you could get used to it or change the sensitivity settings, but the analogue sticks were so sensitive!
