Do you seriouly belive a club like Liverpool could sign two keepers by mistake
Coventry offered Kirkland to us after they heared we were after Dudek we took thier offer i heared this from a reliable source. As for signing them on the same day, that day was the champions league deadline, so the club wanted to ensure they signed in time to be eligibal for the competition. As for Westerveld he was always leaving the club broke up contract negtotiations with him in the summer before we bought either keeper.
