Defoe is the first to desert the sinking 'ammers

I think he'd do well at Old Trafford. We need a striker with his attributes. Small and Quick with a good eye for goal. He could be a good partner for Ruud and let face it he's no going to cost us a massive amount. West Ham will need to make serious savings to cover the loss of income. Conservative estimates reckon £15million saving need to be made. I reckon we could pick him up for about £6million i wouldn't go anymore than £9million.

That he doesn't have the good grace to show respect to his club and fellow players and keep his mouth shut while the taste of relegation is still there for the club outlines his mercenary character.

He is indeed small & quick, but does NOT have a good eye for goal.

I'd be pretty annoyed if we sign Defoe when we could have almost anyone in Europe.

I dont think so, get someone who has more experience and more stable in getting and creating goals!
