Rodrygo has changed the game for me. A bit of creativity through the middle that was massively lacking in the 1st half. Perfect replacement for Neymar. Could have had 2 assists.
Maybe we just never saw the best of Telles
How is he getting in at Seville?
I do it myself too with my pub team on saturdayI think you'd be hard pressed to find many players, at any level, who've never appealed to a referee to give a yellow to an opponent for a bad/cynical challenge. For some reason I find the card wave mime approach way more annoying than someone shouting "come on ref that's a yellow all day", but I couldn't really explain why.
He's a ball magnet defensively.Casemiro is quite frankly a cheat code. Guy is everywhere.
Unlikely to be important. Doubt they draw 3-3 or moreImportant for Switzerland to only lose this by one.
His passing is very underrated tooHe's a ball magnet defensively.
I agree. If Neymar's back their best front 4 is probably this:Rodrygo off the right next game, Raphinha and Antony don’t do enough
Yes.So only France and Brazil are through so far?
Manager needs to have a word. Can't have that happening in the knock out stages.Vinicius is so fecking greedy.
Tite might want a player cutting inside. Rodrygo off the bench is perfect to kill teamsRodrygo off the right next game, Raphinha and Antony don’t do enough
I didn't realise how good he was until he removed himself from Modric and Kroos. I just thought that Madrid trio was carried by Kroos and Modric. Turns out they could only do what they do because Casemiro clearly was allowing them to do ZERO defensive work. SheeshThe maxim of football of the last decade: if you have Casemiro you win
I think Switzerland makes anyone look bad with their grinding style. I don’t think France would run them over either.Brazil have not been as impressive as their favourites tag suggests. After two rounds, I'd say France look the team to beat. Brazil, Spain and England have been decent if not unspectacular.
