Day 6: Finland vs Russia | Turkey vs Wales | Italy vs Switzerland

This is building up to someone completely losing their head in a minute. A lot of frustration being shown.

Where was this Soyuncu against Bale on the last day of the season?

Feels like the Welsh should just take off Moore and throw on Brooks for some speed and linking up on the counter.

I play on an 11 a side sunday league team in the summer and every spring I ask that we either commit to playing a high line and pressing, or sitting very deep and counter attacking and every year they dismiss it and we're just comically stretched week after week.
Sounds like you'd make a better coach than whoever they've got now!

This could end up quite nicely for Wales. Shaping up to play a fellow runner up (Denmark, Russia or Finland) in the round of 16.

Is there anything more annoying than some cockface who not only misses a penalty/sitter, but then proceeds to be a completely selfish git in a desperate scrabble for vindication.

That contact looked so innocuous.

Moore clearly been watching WWE for blading techniques.

Dan James counter attack is going to seal this.

I’m offering 1/10000 odds that Ward gets a yellow if anyone wants to take it.

I don’t trust any player with their first name in their jersey without a reason. What’s Soyuncu’s deal?

imagine Dan James had “Daniel” on his jersey, or Bale had “Gareth”

I was about to write that the Turk manager bringing on a right-footed left back seemed off, even if you do want fresh legs to deal with counter, and then he fluffs a great chance, obviously uncomfortable on that side, and whoscored says he didn't play out left once all season!

Remarkable stuff from the Turks this tournament. Feels like they'll find an equalizer just for spite to stay alive and get trounced by the Swiss.

You'd think Yilmaz is Messi and the rest of the team a non-league side with how they try and play him in constantly

Turkey are shite to be fair. Wales shout be further clear. Will be kicking themselves if they draw.

He’s a good player is James. It’s just a shame that the opposition he regularly faces at United really doesn’t suit him.

Yilmaz has his first name on there too.
