Pretty sad that the distaste for McT is so strong this is the type of reaction that comes out. Great defensive header in his own box to start the counter, tracking run into a good position, shot on target, did well even if it is an OG.

The McFellaini part is not needed but it wasnt a great attempt. No power and it went directly at the goalkeeper. Without a defelection it would not have been a goal.

It looks like Yann Sommer had it covered comfortably and Schar more or less took it out of his hands trying to clear it. Maybe that's why it's seen as an own goal rather than a deflection.
