Day 4: Morocco vs Croatia | Germany vs Japan | Spain vs Costa Rica | Belgium vs Canada

Really cool finish.

Spain have been impressive but CR have been shite.

Germany will struggle against this Spain team. Looks like they might fail to qualify, heh.

2-0/

Ok Spain aint doing what germany and argentina did.
Costa Rica much worse than Japan. Don't think Spain is necessarily better than Germany (what they can be), pretty similar. Maybe a bit more controlled leading to less chaos/less chance for an upset. But similar upside

Sterling current market value is superior to his transfer according to Transfermarkt while Tchouaméni market value of 80m is inferior to the value of the deal agreed by Real Madrid.

And I didn't say that it wasn't an indicator I said that it wasn't directly linked. Answer this simple question, is the most expensive player necessarily the better player? Or are two players that move for the same fee at the same level? The answer is no and you know it, everyone knows it.
I don't see how that's relevant though. Transfer values are independent of the estimated market value on the site.

The answer is no, not necessarily. I don't think I ever had an absolutist framing like this. Anyway, it's more likely that the more expensive is better. And the bigger the sample is (I started with teams, for example - 26 players), the more likely.

I find it hard to believe that at any level you could save most of the penalties you faced simply by standing in the middle of the goal.
I meant not moving early. wait for the ball to be kicked - if it's a good penalty, it would beat me anyway. If not, I had a chance. Plus, as I said, it can put off the taker

So let me get this straight. Barca have Gavi, Pedri and De Jong in midfield?

Costa Rica very poor. Might beat Qatar but not many others. Keeper very weak for that second goal. Defence not great for the first. That said, Spain look like a good team
