I don't see how past England teams failure at pens translates to the current one. Don't see the logic in it.
Mina has been very impressive. Are Barca really going to let him go? Maybe not the player for tiki-taka, even though he looks composed on the ball but he goes for everything in the box, always seems to be in good positions and appears to be a strong personality with a real leadership to the way he plays.

To be fair, England have done well with penalties in this tournament, and its Ospina in goal.
