If that's what 150m buys you then we might as well pack it in as far as football goes. None of those you mentioned is near that and ironically none of them can control a game either. Bellingham isn't 'slightly' overrated, he is majorly overrated. As are Gavi and Pedri. Embarrassing for them that the only midfielder 'worth' 150m is Modric who is a relic. If England had a prime Carrick or Scholes here then it'd be done. However they don't and the '150 million' player looks like another Gerrard who is lost in a game where he should be dominating it. His potential is simply that of a guy who needs a controller beside him at the top level and for me 150m is simply too much for that. A very good player sure, but simply another Dortmund construct. For 150m I want Keane, not Gerrard. You can say it buys potential but his play style will never change. For that money you will simply get a better version of him which is never wort 150m.
