True but Brazil are only getting stronger, out all of the big teams they've only been really poor in one game and that was their first, won a solid 2-0 every game after that.

Agreed, I think they made hard work of their second match too but as you say they're steadily improving. Youd imagine they'd have too much quality for England unfortunately. I think England's A team could possibly beat Belgiums though.
