People can say what they want about Croatia but there aren't many teams who could concede a goal to Brazil in Extra Time and still have the bottle to go and score an equaliser. Their resiliency is remarkable. 37 year old Modric starting the move that lead to the equaliser in nearly the 120th minute is simply incredible

It's football, many ways to go about and keep an open mind as to how each pursue it. All this "defensive", "shithousing", and what not... it's 11v11 and all I expect from both as a spectacle is them giving their all.
If you want open and aesthetically pleasing football the World Cup is the last place I'd look for it.
