Day 11: England vs Panama, Japan vs Senegal and Poland vs Colombia

I love this group. Four relatively equal sides all with different styles but they all play with passion and aren't cynical and dull.

Honda has always been a prominent player for Japan at the World Cups, surprised he doesn't start for them.

Many goals in the last few games. The gpg ratio must be approaching 2,8?

fecking hell need Mane to get a shot on target for £400 quid.

Have Niang and Mane to hit two shots on target @ 14/1 and had Kane to score a brace @ 7/2.

Whats up with african goalkeepers? I can't remember any decent gk from any african team? Maybe kameni but he is not also some extra class

Bad goal keeping, similar to Senegal first goal though.

Unexpectedly great game to watch.

Sweden should be ashamed seeing this. I would take a team like Senegal/Japan who play football rather than sweden or costa rica or Iran who are there to just frustrate other teams

Then again, Sweden were playing the world champions, not Senegal.

That's a shite post. Sweden did better than most to be at this World Cup.

Sweden didn't try to frustrate, they were horrible moving the ball up the pitch and got forced back. This happens all the time, where poor counter attacking is viewed as negative tactics.

Mexico apply the same tactics as Sweden but are much better at moving the ball up the pitch due to Lozano and Chicharito.
