This is a mental summer already. Madrid have just ruined the transfer market by paying silly money for everyone willing to sell.

Kills any chance of the scousers dream pairing I guess.

feck sake

i wanted him at united

im hating madrid more and more every second

Let's be relistic here;he was never going to come to England and said as much mnay times.Valencia need the money and would sell to RM

I'm sure the rest of the teams going after big names will cool it for a few months and will buy in fall when this Real madness will blow over just to bring the price down.

It will be interesting though to see who they'll bring in for midfield and defence

WTF !

Its like a giant turkey for dinner and Madrid are the fat cnuts that are taking all the nice pieces.

We'll be left with the scraps if we don't act swiftly !

so it will be

Ronaldo---Kaka---??????
-----------Villa---------

Ribery next

I've heard but this is only a rumour, that they are lining up Gael Clichy.Would make sense with Heinze at LB who's a liability

Hope someone is doing something at OT at the moment. We need to get our act together before all the players have disapeared to Spain! Benzema to Barcelona next...

TBH it would be best if we act after them because if we show any interest in a player you can bet they will come in and pay silly money.

This buying thing needs to have an effect. It's a fecking law ffs, every action has a silimar reaction of same strangh and opposite direction.

They will have to get rid of a couple though. There's no way players are going to sit on the bench for that lot.

My guess, departures: Van der Vaart( Sneijder's better),RVN, Heinze, any more?

Well, you've got to expect RVN will be sold, can't imagine he is delighted with the Ronaldo arrival

Robben to play on left. Why's everyone leaving him out of their lineups for Madrid next season? He was their outstanding player last season!

He was a player the coach decided was best left outside of the starting 11. He's greedy and injury prone and part of the dutch contingent that Madrid have said they want to sell this season. He's very likely to leave.

Perez's philosophy is that the most expensive players are actualy cheaper than other players because they sell so many shirts etc that the club wins a lot of money from their signings. There is some truth in this. Could you imagine the media hysteria about the team Real are buiding now?

What's worse is that they even took a big chuck of all-white turkey breast when it's already sitting nicely on OUR plate.

Any Monopoly(TM) player will tell you: If you spend too much cash aquiring Park Lane and Mayfair, you won't have any money left for Villas.

Ok. So maybe its a false analogy.

Besides the fact he's most likely leaving, that's not true that he was their most outstanding player.

He had a great run of form for a month and a half, but Higuaín was better over the entire season.

Surely if the philosophy was so good, other clubs would also do it?
