No way would be bigging him up like this if he was leaving this summer, we would look like absolute morons.

De Gea leaving would be like a knife to the heart. I would spend endless days crying like a bitch dreaming of all the times I've shared with him. Whilst he's grown from a boy to a man, so have I. You don't just break that type of bond.

Woody told us that he is fed up with seeing the best players featuring in La Liga. I think its more likely that we sign Ronaldo than let DDG leave.

Good translation below:

"You have to do it very well so that the shadow of a myth do not eat"

Has long arms like a day without bread. "Do you mind?" Respectful to a cleaning lady asks for permission to enter one of the locker rooms of the venue selection, where she just cleaned; the soil is dry and there, in a locker David de Gea (Madrid, 24) to be called over from Iker Casillas in goal for La Roja, attends an interview last month suspended Luxembourg respect for Iker Casillas, because these days the captain was identified as the culprit for the defeat in Slovakia, and it seemed wrong to appear on stage. De Gea grew up in the Athletic and live in the United and handling codes and know where you step.

Question. Why both hand changed?

Answer: They always gave me good and I find it very effective in high balls. It's instinct. I use it quite on the left, to get the right hand. It is innate not know, you do it once, take it out and you see another thus arrive. And what are you doing. It works.

Q. How do you feel at a stop?

A. A good stop is the same as a goal. It is difficult to explain. A stop is not as much as a goal and a goal is a goal, but I feel the same. As a child, he was not a keeper. All children like to mark.

Q. Why goalkeeper finished?

A. Because I liked. My father was a goalkeeper, played for Getafe and although I never saw him play, going to the football and always just behind the goal. He taught me and grabbed a taste. Remains critical with me the most. After games, I always look for your advice. I learned most of the basics of Mejias. They have all taught me something. Now I work with Hoek and Otxotorena, and I see that I keep growing

Q. As a child, Valdés hated being goalie. And you?

Q. No, but I understand. I remember jumping-7 football field at large, when I saw in that goal, huge. It was impossible to reach the high balls! There all put goals, but you are thrown in you, that I could stop. I do not mean that much, but they stuck many. I thought it was impossible, that would not stop. Then you get older and you're stopping over, but there is a time when you do not get any. Being a goalkeeper has a tricky part: at the end, when you put the goals is you. And if you fail just look at you, you always go on the picture.

Q. Who was your idol?

A. I've always noticed the porters, never just one, really. I've learned from many.

Q. Do you recognize a goalkeeper when he crosses paths with him?

A. If I get to a field to play a game where you know no one from the opposing team, that is very low category, generally know who the other team's goalie, it shows. We are special. It's a difficult position and need to have something different. Being a goalie is a way of life. Everything you do has to do with the position. But hey, they also say that we are very serious and I like to laugh with the team. Goalies are special.

Q. Have you seen Valdes in Manchester?

A. Yeah, I've seen, is working very hard and will soon return to play. I found it very well that Van Gaal would offer help. We have a medical service guarantees and large installations.

P. Heir to the legacy of Reina and Valdes in goal for La Roja and stars what Del Bosque tried to be the sweet transition from Iker Casillas ahead. How does it?
A. It's an honor, a prize to be here and the minute I try to enjoy them. Iker was and is a myth, a benchmark that has marked an era. I try to keep up whenever you touch me play. I come with that illusion. This is the Spanish national team and I know what it represents.

Q. Do those who think Casillas deserves more respect?

A. What Iker has given football, Madrid and the selection is amazing. Everybody fails, but he respect for life deserves. I think it was very unfair, so it has been and what is, is still a landmark.

Q. Since being his succession in Red, are you ready for comparisons?

A. Yes, they will and it is normal. But we're two different goalkeepers. I am calm. I've taken bats in my career and I only have 24 years. So I'm not worried. Although difficult things to come, I meet them well. It has happened to me in Manchester with Schmeichel. I think he has a point of comparison. At the end of the day you get to goals in which myths have played, global benchmarks. You have to do well so that the shadow will not eat.

P. Busquets says that the past, the club and the selection is unique. Would you believe?

A. Yes. Players come forward, and very good quality, but we are talking about the best team in the world for seven years. That is unsurpassed.

Q. In the United has 50 of the 140 games he has played, leaving a clean sheet. If you look back, what do you think?

R. The first is that the defense has helped his own, without them you do not get out to zero in England because it is the computer gets you to the area and pulls balls from scratch. It plays a lot in the areas. This year we are going worse, because we had a lot of injuries but Van Gaal knows what he wants and goes to the end with his philosophy, that's good, I like it, the results will come. As a goalie, I like the gameplay, play the ball with both feet, I enjoy the ball at his feet. A Van Gaal likes to get out from behind the ball and we have no problem if I give it to me. And I feel very comfortable.

Q. You, I had to reinvent itself as a goalkeeper at United?

A. Yes, I am a different keeper, absolutely. I worked well and I got to adapt. I remember the first against West Bromwich borne out. I put two sticks to miss out, threw me on the floor, I did everything in the area. I went to work and grabbed eight kilos of weight to get out those balls.

Q. And did not lose elasticity?

A. No, I worked long legs. In England I improved in everything, including the focus on games because you have to be stuck to the second, the game comes and goes and you will shoot a lot, collide in a clean heart ...

Q. When goalkeeper in England, do you respect most in the stands than on the grass?

A. When you get to the goal, the fans will applaud and not you never worry about them or insult you or anything. They are very respectful. Overall in England is highly respected figure goalie, except in the area, it's true. Here you must earn respect you ...

Q. Extends punts better than bloca?

A. If I can blocar, bloco, if you come close to the body, I prefer blocar. Anyway thousandths reactions are pure instinct. And art.

Q. hates scorers?

Me: No, like requiring me to test me.

Q. Who has kicked him stronger?

R. Paul Scholes. Very dry, he hit very hard, very strong.

Left training with a finger injury after a shot from Alcacer.

There was me thinking we would return from this international break with a few new faces... Not even fewer :(

These injuries are beyond ridiculous. I call some sort of conspiracy.

Lets hope that Lindegaard can do a job in case De Gea won't be available for the next few matches.

And in his celebration week too.. :(

AS only say he's likely to be rested for Spain so I doubt it's anything that'll keep him out long at all. It's an aggravated old injury to his little finger.

Yeah according to first reports it seems he should be okay for the Arsenal match.......the injury isn't too serious (and he could play if Spain had a World Cup final tomorrow)

So is this another one of those 'good' dislocations?

From Sporting Witness to the footballing gods ... please be true.

Other than losing it how bad can a finger injury be?
I injured the same finger (in rather weird circumstances), he'll be fine after a week or two. I was a kid and fractured it so I guess mine took longer (absolutely milked the hell out of it to not do any PE :p)

Is this Lindegaard's doing?

It's beyond fecking ridiculous. It's not just about being injury prone, it's a bloody disease at this club.

Though he should be fine for Arsenal I think.

Yippee, no worries then. I hope right spot on there. :D

It works the other way around.
