MVG had 50 left on his last dart for the match at 3-1 but chose 18 to leave 32 with Mensur on 161. Mensur promptly stepped up and finished the 161 and took the set.

Dunno what the wave was all about. It's an edgy match with neither playing brilliantly and I think DVD does wind some people up with his being so animated at times.
I like DVD, he can be entertaining. Smith's roar always feels forced.
