Donny at the darts! What a game that was. Great from both

James Wade and double 10. Name a better combination.
Yeah same, the master of being behind in averages but inexplicably aheadWade just hangs in there but his doubles are astounding. Always seems to be a good 10pts down on the averages but his doubles really keep him in games.
Never used to like him but the guy is such a grinder.
Feck. I remember this first few shows when he didn’t have a clue. Barney was on 80 something and he said it’s unlikely that he’ll take it out!Shocked to see that commentator Nigel Pearson died yesterday, aged just 52.
I've only really got into watching darts regularly in the last couple of years but he was fantastic in his role at covering speedway and also did radio work for Talksport.
RIP
It's so cheesy, but he's likeable enough to get away with it.Love how Clayton looks at the camera after a good visit
Never seen that, but I guess you still get bull if you only hit one trebleBerry van Peer went a very unique way for 124, went T14, T14 for D20 (which he just missed)
Their booing of Clayton was stupid thoughCrowd has been flat when no Scotsman are playing.
Seems to be happening more and morePeople whistling while 1 player is throwing for the leg is such a turn off for the neutral spectator.
Has this always been the case or is it getting worse recently?
That was my impression but I watch so irregularly that I wasn't sure. Would be a shame if darts lost it's special atmosphere.Seems to be happening more and more
180 140 on his throw and lost it. Madness. What a capitulation from MvG there, it was in his hands. Wonder what he was complaining about there.
Well done to Clayton though, held his nerve brilliantly.
Couldn't believe it really. Don't fancy him in Dublin next week either.180 140 on his throw and lost it. Madness.
Interesting the top 4 all play each other, so a chance for one of the chasing pack to get back in the mix. Price probably has to pick up a 5 points or that's it for him.Couldn't believe it really. Don't fancy him in Dublin next week either.
Will be very interesting and hard to call. Not sure Price will make it, but never know with Cullen either.Interesting the top 4 all play each other, so a chance for one of the chasing pack to get back in the mix. Price probably has to pick up a 5 points or that's it for him.
That Russ was only speaking to the fans when he was about to throw. What a capitulation from MvG there, it was in his hands. Wonder what he was complaining about there.

He's a dark horse to win this, he keeps getting to finals and scoring well.Wade is some scoring form, missed the match but averaged over 114 beating Price (seems to have his number in this premier league)
Just watched the highlights. He was amazing all night with some classy 141, 140, 118 etc checkouts often at big moments, not to mention his customary two dart 88 and the like finishes.Wade is some scoring form, missed the match but averaged over 114 beating Price (seems to have his number in this premier league)
Almost a comeback there from Cullen. Don't know why MvG keeps putting himself in such nail biters.
Not sure who wins tonight, tough to call.
Think we may see a shock Gary win tonight, at least I hope, with home advantage, but it's a stretch.Got to be Clayton v MVG in the final and then it’s a toss up for me.
Literally, if he starts getting over the line more he could easily be world number 1. Always smashes Price too which is great.Michael "Spurs" Smith
