Dante

Dont we have Rojo as a left footed CB?
Rojo is better than Dante and is all about MUFC.
Rojo is not better than Dante, ffs. People are underrestimating him because he had some occasional brainfarts this season but he's a good defender and like Blackwidow said, great at Gladbach and also good at Bayern under Heynckes. He was already very good when he played for Standard de Liège in Belgium years ago. He would be a huge upgrade on your current defenders but Pep rates him a lot so I don't see this happening.

A huge upgrade a couple of years ago maybe but not now. And at the moment Rojo is a better centre back. Dante has had a terrible season.

For you pronunciation aficionados out there;

Exactly, he was good in the past.

Like everyone else I do not want him and I doubt we are interested. He had a brilliant first season, but after that he looked always like Bayern's weak link in the defence. I don't even need to mention his age.

32 next year. Surely there are more suitable fishes to catch from the lake. Yes experience is a necessity and could prove vital for a title challenging season, but not at every cost.

That´s why he can spare one. He´ll still have 999 left. I doubt Dante would knock much off that ADM transfer fee, Schweinsteiger might.

Dante+Schweinsteiger+€30M for ADM.

Actually I keep Dante and Schweinsteiger as I do not want ADM. A player that does not fit van Gaal's system for sure will not be good with Pep.

Dante was boss in the past but crap now.

In the past certainly. This season Dante has been extremely shit.

I don't expect him to feature much for Bayern next year if he stays.

He is a clown good for a circus

The music in the Bayern dressing room is brazilian. He is the DJ...

As I said - the high line is nothing that is very well for him. But - his problem right now is more a confidence issue. He lacks the security he always had and seems to have started thinking. I cannot say if this is permanent - others have better and worse times in their career, too - and none of the defenders is good in everything. He was good enough to win a treble with and I doubt that a defender already declines between 29 and 31. We never doubted that e.g. a fit Badstuber is better than him - but Badstuber missed that season.

One bad year doesn't necessarily means he's a bad defender overall. There were multiple factors for his failures this season, the high line and his broken confidence being two of them. I could see him thrive in the Premier League and at United though. Given your defensive issues, I'm just surprised so many don't want him here, is all.

We got linked with Hummels and Otamendi, some even dream of Godin and Varane. Dante is just a level or two below them, plus old. A lot didnt want Hummels, Dante was never as good and he is old on top of that. If he was a few years younger ok, but now he would get destroyed in the PL im afraid. There is nothing to suggest he would thrive here.

He used MUFC when we were at a low point to get an improved contact at Bayern, now he wants to move here?
He can go feck himself.
