Danke Ralf

Yeah like any other manager would have done any better under the circumstances and our shitshow of players who are just here for money and nothing else!

Yeah it's hard to believe we let the best manager in World Football just walk out the door.

He was the wrong appointment but not totally his fault. He was set up to fail from day one.

If nothing else, thanks for his honesty. We suspect the clubs have many internal problems but Rangnick brought the problems to the surface for everyone knowledge and forced the board to act/resolved it.

Yeah because if Rangnick can't, no one can. After all we are talking about GOAT manager with trophies at every club he managed and possibly best CV in the world.

This is a thread to say goodbye and farewell. Lots of other threads to shit on him.

Ralf was one of us... He was a man who loved the outdoors.

Farewell ralf. The kindest thing I can say about you is that you improved my opinion of David Moyes

One of the kindest things i can say is that the sacrificed himself to expose the rot.

Thanks RR, i wish you the best in his new role.

Yep, exposed just how unwilling and unskilled many of our players are for the modern type of football many fans want to see. Should be very clear now that expectations for ten hag should remain low without huge squad revamp.

He ended up not having a clue how he wanted to play because our players were so unsuited and unwilling to do anything like high pressing aggressive football

I'm reading the comments on his first press conference on Austrian football forums, and I can't help thinking I've been there before.
"Great quotes", "Saying it as it is", "No bullshit"

One of the best things to happen to this club as it followed the sacking of Ole and hopefully an end to our mediocrity.

From what you know now what else did you expect him to do?

I don't know maybe manage the team to more than 5 wins in the last 4 months of the season? Was that too much to expect from a side that finished 3rd and 2nd the last two years?

We were 3 points off the CL spots when he arrived but 13 points off when he left despite Arsenal and Spurs not being great either and only just about scraped into the EL thanks to a brighton win vs West Ham.
