I wonder what makes Stormzy so different to all those past musicians who've done a ton of drugs...

Does the DM think skunk was only invested in 2014:confused:

It's a classic prohibitionist move. Blame drug use on black people, the lower classes and foreigners and call for a "zero tolerance policy" - usually meaning throw the black, poor and lower class people in jail while turning a blind eye to the upper classes as they make their way through a mountain of cocaine and prostitutes.

One of the strange contradictions of the DM is that the mouth-breathers who fill up their comments section are generally quite pro legalisation of drugs. I'm not gonna give them a benefit of a click but wouldn't be surprised at all if the best rated comment on that Stormzy article is having a go at the DM for their stance on weed.

They've taken the same stance as Cheesy, to paraphrase "who the feck hasn't sung about drug use?" More surprisingly, the second most down voted comment is "grime isn't music"

If they are promoting something illegal they should be arrested, so why are the police not arresting them ?

Hell, I've been climbing the wrong mountains.

They should be made to put corrections on the front page in full. I doubt you'll even find it on their wesite.

An article so wrong, they've had to correct it twice.

Wow, big Ipso logo. Nice to see the DM actually being forced to retract some of its bile.

That's what I was saying about equivalence. If you get properly sued, they can demand it, but in reality it would be a nib on the front page at worst- still pretty bad though if you have to do that.

That is actually part of the leveson recommendations.

Why do you think they hate corbyn so much? Its not about money, Rothemere is a non dom living in france and the mail is registered in Bermuda, its about control.

"We will implement the recommendations in the leveson report in full and move on to leveson part 2."

It was in the Labour manifesto. That is why they hate him.

 On a side note, isn't Tommy Robinson (Stephen Lennon) the son of Irish immigrants?

I knew a guy (unfortunately) who was British far right and big into the superiority of the 'Germanic peoples' and involved in the BNP EDL etc.

He was of Scottish heritage and was pale, ginger and freckly.

Wow. There was a story about loads of big financial services firms signing up to the FTSE diversity charter this morning and there seems real momentum following the President's Club scandal. Or so I naively thought...

I found the fact that a terrorist was convicted of murder and was spewing the Daily Mail's narrative in court quite newsworthy too, but what do we know? Men living longer is the real story obviously.

I love trolling right wingers on the topic of ancestry, we're such a mongrel country even the names we use for own country aren't are own. They seem to have a mental block that only counts the last few hundred years though

Yep. My dad was weirdly proud of being a Yorkshireman, with our double-barrelled having a Scottish first half and Italian origin second half.

As a part of the most discriminated against group in the country right now; straight white males, I'm always glad to have the Daily Mail fighting my corner.

I thought they meant that Kate is a case of bias against men.

That dress is the worst I've ever seen, and I watch the Kardashians show.

Love the comparisons of Charles and Camilla’s apparent ‘grace’ and ‘courtesy’ unlike the ‘divorcee’ Meghan.
Conveniently forgetting that Charles and camilla were both married and engaged in extra martial affairs.
