Loves the club for sure
My feelings exactly
Loves the club for sure
We will simply have to buy a striker if he goes.I'd be all for this if we sign a top energetic striker, which I can't see
I completely agree with Alex Shaw and believe we'll score more goals as a team next season without him and function much better as a unit with and without the ball.
Fernandes scored 29 league goals in 54 games (0.53 per game) before Ronaldo arrived, he scored 7 in 33 after Ronaldo arrived (0.21).
Rashford scored 28 league goals in 68 games (0.41 per game) before Ronaldo arrived, he scored 4 in 25 after Ronaldo arrived (0.16).
If the team plays better, is more balanced and most importantly sorts out the midfield, then the team will score more goals, they'll just be spread around.
Someone will have himProbably the best for both sides imo. But who's gonna take him?
Real Madrid legend yesLegend for sure.. but he is hardly the solution.. he is 37.. papering over the cracks.. we needed a replacement anyway... this might force our hand now instead of going into the season dependent on him.. who knows when he hits the wall.
It’s barely news or in any reality going to happen as no other club will pay his wages or make an acceptable offer for Ronaldo thus meaning he’s staying next season, it’s simply Ronaldo being Ronaldo as even though I’ve always loved him as a player as a person he’s extremely needy and struggles if he isn’t centre of everyone’s attention.
No one has spoken about Ronaldo all summer and all the talk at the club has been on ETH coming in, Pogba leaving or potential transfer targets so this is Ronaldo trying to get some spotlight. Once we complete the De Jong deal then Eriksen, Antony, Martinez and Malacia all come in too the feeling around the club will be much happier and Ronaldo will get on with the incoming season.
Leaves Rashford, Martial and Elanga as the options?
Can't see us agreeing
If lowered his wage demands he could back to Portugal and win the league there. He's never won it and it would be a fitting end to his career, he could also boost his goal tally in the CL.
this ones for you sir alexLoves the club for sure
Forget what I said, I think he’s gone.I won’t believe it until Romano or Ornstein reports it. We need him to stay, he’s our best goalscorer and should be made captain - maybe that could be the carrot.

Buzzing to get a completely half arsed Martial back up front.Agreed. We're best getting rid

If he wants a move he will lower his demands. Simple as that.No one can afford him
i mean...wowwe did better the year before he came. He scores but is Lukaku-ish
Let him go, move Rashford up top and tell him if he doesn’t press higher up, he’s sitting on the bench and watching the World Cup from his couch.
He's massively rich and if he really wants to achieve success more than wealth he'd have to lower his demands unless one of the big guns come in for him. He's on £500k at the moment, so he'd have to drop probably to at least a fifth for that to happen though, which I can't see.
People have short memoriesWeird how so many are stuck on the "he loves the club" comment.
