Reading have signed Pogrebnyak on a four year deal.

Amazing scoup, I thought he was going to Fulham on a permanent basis as he seemed to be doing well in that half season stint there.

Updated, won't be doing the foreign transfers any more as the English ones take enough time to input.

So they've got Alan Smith and Leon Best out, great moves for Newcastle. 3m for Leon Best is excellent money.

I didn't think Best was all that bad, scored a few and overall did an alright job. Not probably Newcastle quality but worked hard and will probably score a shed-load in the championship.

Agree. 3m is fair for Best. You won't do much better for a striker in the Championship.

Luuk De Jong's on your radar isn't he? Along with Douglas.

Cheers but not doing foreign transfers any more just English.

Bit different from the other windows that Everton are actually trying to get their business early, usually their business contains of deadline day last minute loan deals.

He's not played since he done in his cruciate last october, but he was playing well beforehand. Will be a good move for him.

We've signed Sean Goss

Exeter City teenager Sean Goss has signed for Manchester United.

The 16-year-old spent time on trial with the club he supports and has now completed a permanent move.

Goss said: "The last few days haven’t felt real - seeing all the first team players around and the training facilities is like a different world.

"As a Man United supporter as well as a (Exeter) City fan I couldn’t believe it, I'd dreamt about it all my life.

"I can’t wait to get started now and we've got pre-season games coming up now.

"I just have to continue working hard and my aim now is to just push higher and higher through the ranks.

"I’ve got family nearby and I'm sure it'll help a lot knowing they are just around the corner. City's will be the first result I look out for on a Saturday and I’ll be doing my best to get to northern away games if I haven’t got a fixture."
