Best Coast. I've no idea who else is releasing new records. But I'm looking forward to the couple of murderously brilliant tracks that will probably be on the MIA album.

Umm...yeah, I'm shaking with excitement.

Complex loves their alternative/hip-hop music

#22 Common - The Believer
(Entirely produced by Kanye, much like Be was)
#19 Justice - TBD
(These guys can make a shit car sound good)
#18 Gorillaz - Plastic Beach
(New single just leaked yesterday)
#17 B.o.B - The Adventures of Bobby Ray
(Love this guy, if Andre 3000 had a baby with some other Southern rapper, BOB would be the result)
#14 J.Cole - TBD
(Lots of potential what with the rumors and pictures circulating)
#12 Jay Electronica - Act II: Patents of Nobility
(Should have been out for Christmas... Too many teasers, not enough product)
#11 Lupe Fiasco - Lasers
(The single is unreal good)
#09 Kid Cudi - Cudder: The Revolution of Evolution
(Won't happen)
#08 MGMT - Congratulations
(Damn right !)
#07 Lil' Wayne - Tha Carter IV
(Won't happen, Rebirth needs to be re-done and re-packaged and that is his second priority after jail)
#05 Young Jeezy - Thug Motivation 103
(Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay)
#03 Eminem - Relapse 2
(For some reason I don't have much hope this will come out, but if it does, the quality is supposed to be unreal)
#02 Kanye West - TBD
(If it's a hip-hop record like the rumors say, then bring it on)
#01 Drake - Thank Me Later
(Going to turn some heads, I REALLY hope this album pulls through)

Dr.Dre's Detox has to be added even though it'll never happen

TBD = To be decided?

Oh, and LCD Soundsystem, looking forward to it, and Justice.

New Gorillaz album should be worth a listen, new track is pretty good.

Whatever the Gallaghers release should be interesting.

Lost faith in new bands releasing decent follow up albums though so I won't be looking forward to anything in particular.

I'll look forward to the possible Radiohead album.

From that list... probably nothing. Might give Kanye or Eminem a chance.

Massive Attack Heligoland
Sade Soldier Of Love
David Byrne and Fatboy Slim Here Lies Love ( could be interesting)
The Streets Computers And Blues
The White Stripes Under Great White Northern Lights [Live]
Blakroc Blakroc 2
Amy Winehouse
Nas And Damien Marley Distant Relatives

SHIZAM

Almost forgot about that project

There are lots of bands and artists that are to release albums this year, but for some of those, the release dates and album names haven't been made public as of yet. A few I'm looking forward to;

Andre 3000
Arcade Fire
Interpol
The National
The Strokes
Frightened Rabbit
Joanna Newsom
M.I.A.
Fleet Foxes

Most likely because all his albums bar his first one have been average...

However, how The Root's "How I Got Over" isn't on there is beyond me.

Easily the one I'm awaiting the most.

Alongside with Lasers.

Looking forwards to Ratatat's new album as well

These will do. Who the feck is Nikki Minaj?

14 J.Cole - TBD

Got Hight Hope for this.

#11 Lupe Fiasco - Lasers

If its anywhere near as good as 'Food and liquor' then we're in for a treat.

#07 Lil' Wayne - Tha Carter IV

Seeing as he's going to jail for a year and 'Rebirth' keeps being put back. I cant see this happening.

#05 Young Jeezy - Thug Motivation 103

BIGGGG album. Cant wait for this.

#03 Eminem - Relapse 2

Eminem's been on fire recently in all the tracks he's been featuring on. I think he feels like he's got a point to prove after Relapse, and may be back to 'serious' rapping. Can't wait.

#02 Kanye West - TBD

:drool::drool: Thats all I have to say.

#01 Drake - Thank Me Later

Still not feeling Drake, apart from the few odd tracks.

Can safely say I'm looking forward to the new Justice album.

Don't really get what all the hype around Drake is about.

Sure, the guys has done some nifty features here and there, but that mixtape of his, which is supposed to be the greatest thing since sliced bread is pretty average to me. All the songs sounds exactly the fecking same!

:lol:That album reminds me of 'Hargreves 3 weeks'

They really don't!! Album has everything, some deep songs telling a story,: Lust for Life, HoustonAtlantavegas, Successful... Some songs where he is just spitting: Uptown, Say What's real,Congratulations,The Calm and some good Rnb songs: 18th November, sooner than later, Brand New, Little bit,Best I ever had

Listen to his first two mixtapes 'Room for Improvement' and 'Comeback season' and you will realise he's the truth. He's the Diouf of this rap game!

Plus his first video directed by Kanye for his mixtape just couldn't be faulted for obvious reasons:

I've given it a fair go. I really have.

Still just can't see it.

That said, I quite like Successful.

Anyways, it will be interesting to see how his debut goes.

Can't remember such high expectations for a debut album in a very, very long time.

To quote Complex, "2010 is his to lose"...

Yeah the buzz is crazy, I mean the last time expectation was like this was when Fifty Cent first came out, the pressure is on.

New Gorillaz album should be worth a listen, new track is pretty good.

Just heard it.

It was gash.

Which is a pity, as I quite like Gorillaz, and I'm a huge Mos Def fan.
