I dream of one day seeing those melons. That or marrying Emmy Rossum. I would accept either.

Emily* Rossum is so naked in the American Shameless, so fecking naked. it's a wonderful thing.

And yes, I want to see those melons, I fear it will never happen though.

Just caught up on it by watching all episodes over not so many days. Very good comedy show. I had no idea about all the off the screen drama.

It has run it's course a bit though, far too many silly episodes away from the college.

Surprised only two Noggies said Britta was terribly acted. Must be a Scandie thing, I find her way over the top as well. I realize it might be her character, but it just comes across as terrible acting.

And yes, Allison Brie is amazing.

And Shirley can feck off. Hate everything about her. Especially her baby voice.

feck off Top, there are already way too many people in love with Alison Brie as it is, we're not accepting any more members to this club.

Surely it's going to be renewed, for better or worse. The Office is ending and NBC are cancelling every other comedy they have.

Haven't seen the finale yet but I enjoyed this season once it settled down.

It was alright, still very watchable for me because of the cast and characters. Definitely the weakest season though. If season one was of this quality it would have never made it.

Would be very surprised if it gets renewed for another season.

It will be renewed. Too many questions unanswered for it not to be.

Plus there were hints all over the show.

There's countless shows than have been cancelled without a proper ending so that doesn't matter. They made this episode ages ago when they had no clue about the show's status and it did have a finale vibe to it, just like season three's finale.

This is a twenty minute comedy, not sure what unanswered questions are so crucial to the plot anyway.

Without Harmon at the core, this has been a terrible season by it's own standards.

The season has been pretty weak and the finale was one of the worst episodes they've ever done. I'd like another season just so it doesn't end that way.

Finale was the worst episode ever for me. Cringeworthy, and not in a good sense. I didn't laugh or smirk even once.

Annie's boobs. feck the overall quality.

I remember the main writer saying she knew the finale was shit. That she only had 2 days to write it or something.

The finale wasn't bad. There was shit loads of references to the first season. And it left a lot of unanswered questions.

What happens with Jeff and his dad?
Do Annie and Jeff get together, or does Jeff go back to Britta?
Does Chang come completely clean?
Is Starburns dead?
What happens with city college?

This WAS the Finale?

Shit way to end it.

Brie's boobs were great though.

That would be good news, I thought the last season was well below the previous ones. What was really missing was the genuine affection you had for the characters, they lost most of their soul and were badly developed throughout the season (even in episodes such as the one where Jeff finally reunites with his dad which should have been a moving one). Hopefully Harmon can come in and get the show back on track.

Just watched the pilot of this. Typically I think pilot episodes are very underwhelming. It's all about setting the tone and introducing characters. This one did that but was very funny throughout. It just seems really well written. I like most of the characters but want them all to suffer in some way. I was very pleased Britta didn't fall for any of Jeff's antics. Pierce also seems fantastic. I recognised the actor and thought it might have been the fellow from Curb (it's not of course). Turned out it's Chevy Chase, a name I recognise but not from any of his work.

"If it's so serious why didn't they call it meningitis?" Brilliant delivery.

It's promising.

The first three seasons are pretty good, season 2 especially I thought with some excellent episodes. Re-watching them I thought that it goes from some very good episodes to weaker ones, but it's pretty enjoyable to watch and it's filled with funny pop culture references. It sometimes goes 'too' meta, even though that's the tone of the series, I suppose. There are some good running gags and some concept episodes that are really well done. I think you'll enjoy it.

Season 4 was really weak though.

And well, you're in for some good stuff.
