So funny and edgy. The Athletic reported there were fears the Sheikh would torture and kidnap some of the Utd representatives so he wasn’t invited.
Ratcliff comes in person and boyhood United fan sheikh Jassim doesn't?
No you are right. Woodward was great.
I’ve seen it now, Jesus wept.
He is busy with meetings with ISIS.
We hardly even have any info to know if this guy is even realRatcliff comes in person and boyhood United fan sheikh Jassim doesn't?
You can't and its been abused long before this, look at the city group, remember when New York City signed lampard and a couple of days later he was loaned back to Man City for the season.
The only indication we have that he's real is the fact he was on the Credit Suisse board (in the news for the wrong reasons today, btw) for a few years. But continues to be just a human placeholder for his dad it seems. We hardly even have any info to know if this guy is even real![]()
Seems the 'ship as already sailed' in regards to the sale of the club. There is no turning back from here, I think.

Now they're all creaming themselves for United. But there's a chance the loser will find themselves bidding for Liverpool in a few years. Would be awkward for "i dun believ it" brigade
Oh yeah, the old terrorist connection. Yet strangely there's not a peep about it from FIFA, UEFA, the FA or the British goverment. Why do you think that is?
I find this strange, regardless of which club Lampard went, they could have signed Lampard on loan, it is the MLS off season and we have seen plenty of loans like that. Landan Donovan Everton, Beckham to PSG...
I have this feeling, ( now I could be wrong) but what give Ratcliffe a chance in this process is that he acquires the 69% that gives him a controlling stake.
But then negotiates a deal that allows the two brothers to buy the Class A shares off the remaining siblings, which gives them the part of the club they supposedly " crave" ?
Probably due to their own terrorist connections
He flies in on FridayFly in after the europa league tie?
So the meeting will last from 23:59 to 00:00?
He's a real person, it's just that its not really his money and therefore not even his decision-making or his intent. But we still don't know in clear terms whose intent it is to buy the club and what they want to do with it. I know everyone will point to the statement, but the issue with the statement is it appears to begin with a falsehood when it says "Sheikh Jassim" as its first words.Yep because a fake person that does not exist will get through the checks of Raine group and all other checks that are carried out.
You think Raine group are making bidders and saying its second stage ?
*Homer walking back into the bush gif*He flies in on Friday
It's not about where it did lead to, it's about where it could've lead to. But you'll already know that was the point unless you're insufferably dim.Which lead to exactly?

There is specific clauses in contracts to stop or make it less likely for certain players to join a club, City have a few for some of the youngsters that have moved on, if you can move them to another club then back its wide open to abuse, not suggesting this was the case in that scenario but it easily could of been.
Regardless of what the public statement said, do you not think a £5bn purchase will take alot of compliance? If no one knows where the money is coming from, they would have never made it past the 1st stage.
Proof of funds would be required to buy an asset that big, otherwise the club would not be wasting its time preparing presentations and time on a buyer that is unknown and doesn't have the funds.
So this latest news on multi club ownership will be a major boost to City group as well.
They have been hoovering up clubs all over the world, I wouldnt be surprised if they went to Italy, Spain and Germany with their model now.
Imagine La Liga would welcome a new "Barcelona" as it seems like Barca are about to be destroyed as a club. Imagine Espanyol haha wow.
As for the ruling, I think it was always likely - PSG/Qatar have strong links to UEFA, they didnt want the superleague and the board of directors are on the UEFA board as members. Basically whatever they want will happen.
The multi club ownership model would never be a blocker in a potential Qatar takeover, they can grease the wheels no worries and even if theres an issue they can just change the rules to suit them.
City already own a Spanish clubThere are alot of clubs that are owned by the same owner. INEOS wanting to buy United whilst owning Nice.
I am sure the Watford owners own clubs in Italy and Spain too.

I'm also not doubting that they've proved source of funds. Raine and the Glazers, and anyone else who has to at this point knows who is actually behind this. I'm just commenting that the public doesn't, and that that's an issue in terms of evaluating what their bid actually means/intends.Regardless of what the public statement said, do you not think a £5bn purchase will take alot of compliance? Jassim not turning up yet 100 percent committed is a strange one, its a bit like not turning up for a job interview but saying you still want the job.
Fingers crossed!!Sky Sports News are going to be camped outside with their cameras like a Deadline Day aren't they?

Yet only 3 of them are interested in a full sale from what we know so far.
