This is a great thread, thank you for sharing! I haven't looked too deeply at the numbers. It also seems to overestimate how much money we could potentially make from a new stadium. But generally it seems like we could fund our operations just fine with a regular billionaire owner assuming the existing debt is wiped.
Agree and the debt element can be achieved by the Glazers too, if they sell a minority share, but I don't see any incentive for them to do that,since shares are their own.
