So this guy from Qatar is basically the cousin the of the current Emir of Qatar. His dad used to be their Prime minister and head of Qatar's Investment Authority - their sovereign wealth fund from oil and gas revenues - but then he got sidelined when his brother and father of the current Emir abdicated.
I guess it's enough degrees of separation to presume no relation to PSG but it feels weird for someone like this to have the money without a state backing.

Imagine you find out that there's a person who hates you but they've never even met you. They don't even know your name but they will put you in prison because of this hatred they have for you. They wouldn't care if you were beaten black and blue.

If he starts getting exclusive access then it wont matter. People follow Simon Stone because he gets fed news directly from the club. You can argue any sports journalism is basically that. You dont have good sources if you dont have good relationship with the club
