Class of 92: Out of their league

Why no Seddon?

talk about disappointing, the one player that got any real focus!

Can imagine the team talk if it's not going well at half time

"you f'''ing lot...you're not showing PASSION, love for the BADGE" etc etc

not sure why they have 2 managers, but it's a shame such moronic types seem to be doing a good job. Although I expect the budget is massively massively higher than anyone else anywhere near their level. That helps.

I didn't realise Carroll and Smith had ended up at Notts County

Think the Salford RB is there for the taking by the Notts Co LW, I'd be getting it out there as often as possible.

Grim stuff tho, innit some of the tackling

It's the perfect example of what was being talked about in the thread about producing better English talent.

I wanted to see their reaction to the goal but it didn't show it. Salford have played really well so far.

I'm not sure how 'grass-roots' this is anymore. They're hardly a typical nonLge club now are they?

I just don't know where to start with this. The absolute ignorance of your post defies belief. Check out their record at Ramsbottom with feck all money to spend where they took the club higher than they had every been before in their history. They're probably the most qualified men around Manchester at the moment to be in charge of this Salford team and they're doing a superb job.

As for the methods, who the hell cares? They get results and they produce a decent side to watch whilst still giving young players a chance. If you put together a side at that level with better footballers than the other sides in the league but without the heart to fight then you'll get nowhere. You simply have to win the battle first and then you can start playing football.
