are u having a laugh?

Why?
He played the game the way it's meant to be played. On the edge of the law. He was a hard man, a great Captain. Greatest Captain of a Northern Hemisphere side IMO and I not just talking internationally. Look at what he's acheived with Leicester.

Ever heard him speak, Keane16? (what kinda racing are you involved in yourself?)

I used to know a guy who raced against him and Montoya a few years back, so I tried to keep up with his progress for a while. Once he was back driving I kind of lost incentive again though. My own racing?, its small time, Jason would beat me, you can be sure of that!

What about the Grand Slam game with Ireland in Dublin last year? Ignorant feck wouldn't move to the red carpet and made the President walk on the grass which was unprecedented and the whole side was roundly booed for that. Unnecessary, disprespectful and utterly undignified.

When did he drive against Montoya... in the Formel3000-years or FormelFord or something like that? I remember a story about him, racing against Schumacher (and beating him, till he got mechanical problems)...

What I meant was, what kinda racing are you doing?? Standard-cars?

I think they both competed in the Vauhall Lotus Euroseries in 1994/95/96, I don't remember the exact year. They both did F3000 around the same time and so must have come together in F3 in Europe also. Vauxhall Opel Lotus was the main series over here back then so it was possible for Irish drivers to go abroad and compete on an equal footing - which they never did because of a lack of money. I'll PM you a pic of me when I get home. But no laughing.

A lot of these are recently or currently active players but I'm young ang I tend to always associate with the younger, current players. A player/coach has to be very special to leave an impact after retiring...

Don't really follow Singapore footie.

Except Tampines Rovers

singapore footie is rubbish.. we can't even beat malaysia so dun talk abt the world cup 2010 target.. thatz what i'll like to say to the gov.. the gov shld invest more into the pitches.. and open acadamies.. and go scouting for go players in the neighbourhood schs.. gives kids who can't study a chance to shine for their country..

and i think if they give so much attention to soccer.. they shld give the same amt of attention to rugby.. it is our rugby team i see in the wrold cup in the nearer future..

i see more reaps in rugby compared to what we are getting from football..
