Can't see it being this season, may get a look in the pre seasonCurious to see if and when he will get a call up to the main squad.

He will be, you'd assume.Id have him on the bench for spurs away. We are very thin in attacking options.

Zirkzee might be a 10 for the rest of the season with Amad and Mainoo outBoth strikers are fit though. The injuries don't really open it up for him.
If anything it'd be Moorhouse or Kone you'd think would be needed.

What was the point of that sub really? 2 minutes to do what?Dissapointed he was brought on with only 2 minutes to go. Bad decision by the manager. Give him 15 mins at least.

15 minutes wouldn't have hurt. Even 10 minutes.
2 minutes, what's the fkng point?!
Would have learned more if he had touched the ball a few times and made a few passes.Traveling with the squad, warming up with the first team, being involved with the team talk, warming up to come on, making his debut no matter how many minutes.
ALL are positives and great experience for the kid.
He would have leant a lot this weekend.

I completely get phasing him in but Hojlund was gassed and offering close to no goal threat in a game where we were down 1 nil. Chido should have come on at 80-85 mins IMO.
I imagine a young kid of his talent and confidence has a bitter sweet feeling tonight, in that his premier league debut couldn’t have been more forgettable.
According to Flex (so take that as you will), Chido wasn’t happy at only getting 3 minutes.
I'd be more concerned if he was happy with itAccording to Flex (so take that as you will), Chido wasn’t happy at only getting 3 minutes.
Not being happy is one thing (and probably a good thing as you suggest); openly complaining about it is another. The last thing we need is any sort of entitlement amongst our younger players.I'd be more concerned if he was happy with it
I continue to defend Amorim and won't judge him until the club back him with 3-4 players who fit his system. But yesterday I did not see a United manager. That was pitiful and harmful to the young players.

That's absolute rubbish of course. Good for the lad to get minutes but he didn't do much and that's because the ball never went his way, the same problem Hoijlund is having. The boy did more in his short time on the pitch than Hojilund has this season, in terms of hold up play and bringing his fellow attackers into play
He linked up more successfully than Hojlund did today. Which is an improvementAmorim was right not to rush him into the team last week. He's wayyyyyy too raw.
