Those stewards inquiries are pretty brutal, getting the jockeys involved in the room at the same time. Was strange to just watch it, personally I thought the horse who came in 2nd should have got the decision, it did look dodgey. But thats just my expert opinion from watching 4 days horse racing.

I knew the winner would keep it. The horse on the inside of the 3, Silviano Conte made the most severe movement which in turn affected the winner. The 2nd was unlucky alright but the winner would have been much more unlucky to lose the race in those circumstances.

Had a tenner each way on On His Own....could of done with that enquiry going the other way to be honest!! Better than nothing I suppose though.

Years ago the places would have been reversed. One of the experts on C4 said as much and I agree with him. I still remember this race from 91. The first past the post won by 3/4 of a length and the places got reversed.
