Cheltenham Festival 2012

Not a racing expert by any means by it seemed that there were so many reasons to oppose the 2 favourites. Just a case of pickin the best of the rest. fecking ecstatic, hav a stag do to go to in Newcastle this weekend so that's the whole trip paid off. Won the 4pm race and beat on the line in 4.40. Great day

I'm in the same boat mate and had the same opinion.

Nice one, i've ended up about 70 quid up out of the festival so pleased myself.

I'd read up a bit about it but just wanted to hear a genuine opinion from the man on the street. No bias, no bullshit. Nearco was the man. Everything I read after it seemed to make more and more sense that synchronised was the one.

Well played for also finishing up money. You'd hav settled for that at the start of it all! Roll on the national now, my favourite day of the year!

Haven't managed to pick a winner all week. :(

Told the wife I wasn't going to bother today, so she says ''Can I pick a couple of horses then?''

She picks out Belvano and Ataglance boh at 20-1, and they both come in . . . I give up.
